I used the above trick and run 7 trading account on 7 separate metatrader4 software on VPS and shared dedicated server and found it to be running smoothly. The windows 2008 server operating system see each software as an entity and allocate individual resource to run it. Personally, I can run multiple account and charge trader usage of my Expert advisor including server maintenance fees. Am using build 209 at that time.

Multiple window login using background services

I never tried before but heard that if you enable back ground multitasking services and multi user login on linux platform which you can log in simultaneous using 2 or 3 user and run programs, you can effectively be running 7 programs x 3 users, total 21 trading account. If you charge a trade a fees for running expert advisor on their trading account, you have potentially 21 trading account you can load on to your VPS server.

Lastly, if you are running VPS or shared dedicated server, always setup auto-logging and auto-starting the MT4 program. I personally setup this way as when there is server reboot or unexpected power outage, when the power resume, upon server startup, will perform auto login and the program will automatically start and carry on the last trade order. This is just a trick that you need to know.

In Seattle Washington this evening, a business network meeting was held at Rocket Dog Communications, whos offices are right down across the street from the Seattle Ferry Terminal. The meeting was organized by the company owners, a husband and wife team, Michael and Susan Elliot. But it was promoted by an organization called "Lunch 2.0".

Rocket Dog is a pretty cool company. They have taken the stylized art of the 1950s and used it to brand their image. The Buck Rogers type "Rocket" theme is broadened to encompass a wider ranging 1950s Sci-Fi motif that has worked well for them. I remember reading somewhere that if you want to never go out of style, stick to the 1950s. Michael actually fits that style quite well in his formal suit with a blocky, powerful figure that reminds one of more streamlined times.

The gathering drew in excess of 50 professionals from disciplines ranging from circuit board prototyping, to staffing services, to financial consultants, and even a University of Washington Professor named Kathy Gill. She is an instructor in the field of Digital Communications, and was one of the most interesting and cerebral people that I was privileged to speak with. But business talk after a few glasses of wine (free wine) becomes old hat. As the roughly three hour event wound down and the snacks began to dwindle, the group began to disperse as well. We stayed a little late, talking with Susan about the up and coming maturation of video as an online audience drawing element. Susan was very gracious and easy to talk too. She even played a little guitar hero for us, and was surprisingly good at it.

We also spoke at length with Michael Elliott about the difference between a viral episode and a viral movement online. Though not focused on these themes in their business acumen, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of insight each of them had on these subjects.

Mac OS Yosemite, the latest OS X version from Apple, bundles a heap of new and interesting features that make it one of the best Mac operating systems so far. Certainly, the majority of Apple users are willing to use the new features of this operating system. Thus, they will prefer upgrading to Yosemite from their existing Mac OS X version.

You can get Yosemite on your Mac either by performing a simple OS upgrade or through a clean install. A clean install is more suitable option as compared to simple OS upgrade as it gives you a chance to start from the scratch. You get a fresh copy of the OS X and an empty hard drive. Step 1: Create a Bootable Drive with OS X Yosemite on It

To install a fresh copy of OS X Yosemite, you require creating a bootable installation drive. For that, you can use an external hard drive, DVD or USB flash drive. To create the bootable drive with Yosemite installed on it, perform the following steps:

    Plug in an external drive to your computer.

    Open Disk Utility.

    From the sidebar, select the external hard drive.

    Next, click the Erase tab.

    Now, inside the format box, select Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

    Name it as Untitled.

    Next, click Erase. That will format the drive.

    Now, wait till the formatting gets over.

    Now, close Disk Utility.

    Then, open Terminal.

    Type in the following command:

    Wait for a few minutes, till you get the message Copy complete. Done.

With these steps, now you have a bootable installation drive with Mac OS X Yosemite installed on it. If you wish, then instead of creating the bootable drive, you can install the latest copy of Yosemite directly from the Apple App Store.

Step 2: Factory Reset Mac and Install OS X Yosemite

The next step involves the formatting of the hard drive through a factory reset, so that all the old apps, files, data and settings get deleted. And then the fresh copy of OS X gets installed. The newly installed operating system will bring along the default settings and default software/apps into your system. For restoring Mac to factory settings and installing Yosemite, perform the followings steps:

    Keep the external hard drive connected to your Mac.

    Reboot your computer.

    While it reboots, press Option/Alt key.

    That will bring up a menu, as shown below:

    Here, select the drive you just created (Install OS X Yosemite) by clicking on the arrow pointing upwards.

    That will open the OS X Utilities screen.

    Go up to the menu bar.

    Click on 'Utilities' > 'Disk Utility.'

    In the left-hand sidebar, click on your main hard drive.

    Next, click on the 'Erase' tab.

    In the Format field, select 'Mac OS Extended (Journaled).'

    Give the hard drive a name, the default name is Macintosh HD.

    Now, click the 'Erase' button in the lower-right corner.

    That will format the hard drive and restore the system to factory settings.

    Now, close the 'Disk Utility' window.

    That will bring you back to 'Install OS X' screen.

    Click 'Continue' to initiate the installation of the fresh copy of 'OS X Yosemite.'

When you are in a relationship with an individual with narcissistic personality disorder, there is a great deal of emotional upheaval, trauma and uncertainty.

The narcissistic personality will dismantle his or her victims self-esteem, self-belief and self-worth in order to control and continue to extract narcissistic supply and resources from this person.

What ensues for the person being narcissistically abused is a progressive disintegration of self. Depression and anxiety sets in, whereby the person being affected by narcissistic behaviour, is confused, losses all sense of control in their life and is agitated and walking on broken glass. Reality is twisted and turned until this person loses trust in the narcissist, trust in life, and ultimately trust in them.

Emotional wellbeing is inevitably connected with physical wellbeing. Reason Codes in Dynamics AX 2012 for Retail

Reason codes in Dynamics AX 2012 for Retail are very powerful and at the same time flexible way of collecting additional information during sales process at POS terminal. It can be used for any sort of BI-related analysis requested, for example, by Marketing department.

To create a reason code, go to Retail->Setup->Reason codes.

Each reason code will need to be assigned input type. There are several input types available:

I would encourage you to read online help on this form as it gives very good explanations for each type.

I think the most powerful one is Subcode buttons type. For example, when one item is added to a transaction a popup message would show up asking a store associate if shipping charge item needs to be added. If the answer is Yes, then shipping item is automatically added to the sales transaction. If the answer is No, then no actions are performed. This can greatly simplify sales entering process for non-stocked products and eliminate human error when shipping was accidentally forgotten.

Now let's talk about different trigger actions for codes to pop up. Reason codes can be assigned to:

Items

Customers

Payment methods

Functionality profiles

Let's consider several examples.

When you attach a reason code to an item, it will be displayed on POS screen when this item is added to a sales transaction. This could be useful for items that require buyer's age verification.

To attach a reason code to an item, go to Product information management->Common forms->Released products, Retail tab and click on reason codes button. From here you will be able to select from one of the existing codes and if required modify default input parameters:

When you attach a reason code to a customer, it will be displayed on POS screen when this customer is added to a sales transaction. For example, reason code can remind store associate to verify shipping address or whether or not sales receipt should be emailed or just printed.

To attach a reason code to an item, go to AR->Common forms->All customers, double click on the customer you need to modify, select Retail tab and click Reason codes button.

When you attach reason code to payment method, it will be displayed on POS screen when this payment method is used to complete sales transaction. For example, the retail store may accept checks and they will be authorized using third part processing system that will return an authorization code at the end of successful authorization. You may want to capture this code when check payment is accepted, making the reconciliation process easier for head office employee. That is why you may want to create a reason code with input type Text and attach it to store payment method. To do this, go to Retail->Common forms->Retail channels->Retail stores, Set up tab, Payment methods button and then click on Reason codes button:

And finally, the place that is used to attach reason codes to a large list of predefined trigger actions can be found on Functionality profile form. Functionality profiles are assigned to retail stores and among other things used for reason code assignments for the following trigger actions:

To open functionality profile form, go to Retail->Setup->POS->Profiles->Functionality profiles.

As you can see you can attach reason codes to return transactions, price overrides and even at the beginning and end of each transaction among others.

There are several key parameters that define the behavior of any given reason code:

print either prompt, input or input name on sales receipts

specify the frequency with which reason code will pop up as well as weather input is reqired

max/min values allowed as inputs

Keep in mind that only prompt and not description of a reason code will show on POS screen.

Once the reason code shows on POS and input is typed in, the reason code transaction is recorded in POS database. Then P-1001 is executed which transfers all POS transaction (including reason code ones) to AX database. That is when you can review them by going to Retail->Inquiries->Transactions, click on Transactions button and select Reason code transactions. Remember that only transaction with type Sales and Customer order can have reason codes attached.

The table that holds these records in AX database is called RetailTransactionInfocodeTrans.

Reiki is a gentle but powerful form of healing. When Psychic Surgery is added to it, Reiki turns into "Miracle Healing".

There are basically two different forms of Psychic Surgery

1- The one practised by most Western Psychic Surgeons

2- The one practised by gifted healers such as the famous Filipino Psychic Surgeons. These are also known as "Bare Hand Surgeons"

Western Psychic Surgery and Reiki explained

All Western Psychic Surgery I have witnessed or heard of in the UK is bloodless. The surgeon works on the etheric body (the aura). He does not penetrate the skin or the bones and does not remove physical matters from within the body.

1- You use the powerful Reiki Usui's Master symbol and the Power symbol on both hands to give you energy.

2- You may want to protect yourself with the Power symbol by drawing it in front of you

3- Say a prayer or request to your guide(s) to channel you for this Psychic Surgery operation.

4- Elongate your fingers by pulling on them and extending them by a few inches whilst inhaling and making a "wind" noise between your lips

5- Draw an Usui's Master symbol on your finger's extension

The surgeon is then surrounded by camera from the right, the left, the front, the back and sometimes even from above if somebody dares climb on a chair to film. Since 1997, and thousands of surgery later, nobody in my group has ever caught one of the surgeon I visit cheating.

Regardless of what the Obama administration's spin machine might try to make us believe; the American economy is not improving, and it's likely to get much worse before it gets better... If it gets better at all. Right now, we have more fiat (valueless) currency in circulation than ever before, and the current administration seems to think that the way out of a recession is to spend your way out. Printing more money, and handing out stimulus packages is not a plan to bolster the economy, it's a recipe for hyper-inflation.

Economists have been warning us about this disaster for years, and their warnings have gone largely unheeded. In the meantime, our monetary base has nearly doubled, our national debt is at $13 TRILLION and climbing, and the jobless rate hovers at nearly 15 million, and nothing much is happening to significantly reduce it.

You don't have to look very far, (or very far back) to see what happens when a country's monetary base is devalued to the point of hyper-inflation. The currency turns into wallpaper, and the grocery store shelves get empty. That's when the looting and riots begin. We all saw what happened in Greece when their economy crashed, and when it happens here, in the perennial "land of plenty", it'll make the Athens riots look like a day at Disneyland.

But I didn't write this article to be a harbinger of doom and gloom. I wrote this article to share a simple tip that everyone should know to help weather this economic free-fall, and make sure that you and your family are well prepared for the difficult days to come.

You've probably noticed how much food prices have gone up in just the last year alone, and they're certain to keep going up. It's just a smart idea to store up now before costs get much higher.

The next time you buy a burger at McDonalds or Wendys, a computer may be the one asking, Would you like fries with that? After decades of depending on human workers to take orders and payments American fast food chains are finally moving into the computer age, driven by rising minimum wages, a tightening labor market, a push for efficiency, and a growing number of internet-savvy consumers who prefer to interact with computers than human clerks.

Discussion of this Rise of the Machines in the media has largely centered around the minimum wage and the displacement of low-skilled labor. Missing from the conversation has been any mention of POS data security in these automated ordering systems even though Wendys, which intends to roll out ordering kiosks en masse, suffered a data breach last year. The breach compromised approximately 300 locations, went on for several months, and has resulted in a class-action lawsuit accusing the fast-food chain of inadequate data security procedures.

Automated ordering systems are not new. Regional convenience stores Wawa (headquartered near Philadelphia) and Sheetz (a Pittsburgh-area chain), both of which have extensive custom deli and hot foods menus, installed ordering touch screens over a decade ago. However, these systems, unlike the ones Wendys and other fast-food restaurants intend to install, only take food orders and do not process customer payments; customers get printed order slips to take to a cashier for payment. And, of course, gas stations, supermarkets, and some retailers have had self-checkout lanes for years.

The surprising thing is that large fast-food chains have taken so long to automate customer ordering and payments and this is where the concern over POS data security lies.

In some ways, automation in the fast-food industry is similar to automation in the healthcare industry. As mentioned in previous blogs, among the reasons why the healthcare industry is so prone to cyber attacks is that it clung to paper records for years, and when it finally did automate, it did so practically overnight, without any employee training. Similarly, the majority of fast-food companies continued to use human workers long past the time they needed to. The push to automate fast-food ordering is fairly new but very strong; at least one major chain has expressed that it is in a hurry to implement automation in the wake of minimum wage increases on city and state levels.

Since the fast-food industry is known for razor-thin profit margins and aggressive cost-cutting, and making burgers not POS data security is its core competency, whether fast-food chains will take cyber security seriously or repeat the mistakes of the healthcare industry remains to be seen.

However, as the ransomware attacks and data breaches that have plagued the healthcare industry have proven, no industry can afford to take a laissez faire attitude toward cyber security, especially when installing completely new systems. The fast-food industry needs to be proactive as it makes the leap from human clerks to self-serve kiosks. Among the measures restaurants can take are:

1. Do a review of your security policies and procedures to ensure PCI DSS compliance. Compliance with the PCI DSS is mandatory for any company that accepts payment cards, and procedures should always be reviewed when a new system is installed to ensure PCI DSS compliance is maintained. 2. Be sure to purchase your new system from a reputable dealer. Since fast-food ordering kiosks are an industry that is about to explode, inevitably, shady dealers will pop up offering what appear to be fantastic deals on new systems that turn out to have multiple security vulnerabilities. Make sure youre buying your equipment from a known, reputable company.
3. Make sure your new POS system can handle EMV technology, or chip-enabled cards. One of the ways hackers attack POS systems is by installing card skimmers that steal data off of the magnetic stripe old-style payment cards use. Chip-enabled cards eliminate this problem. However, not all payment cards are chip-enabled at this time, so its important not to leave self-serve kiosks completely unattended. Have at least some on-site staff available who are trained to spot card skimmers.
4. If you offer free WiFi to your customers, do not set your POS terminals to access it. Otherwise, a hacker can come into your store and use the WiFi to get into your system.
5. Monitor your POS terminals for suspicious activity. Are your terminals being accessed by or communicating with unknown external sources? Just like any other network, POS systems should be monitored for suspicious activity; had Wendys monitored its systems, the breach the company suffered may not have gone on for so long undetected.
6. Have a comprehensive cyber security plan in place, to include training on POS data security for any employees who access the restaurants computers. Protecting your customers payment card data is as important as adhering to food safety and sanitary practices.

New Program Revitalizes Hospice Care for Alzheimer's Patients

Yoga practitioners are probably familiar with the phrase Namaste, which is used to greet fellow practitioners at the end of every yoga session. When the phrase is accompanied with hands pressed together, prayer-like, and a small bow, it is an Indian equivalent of a Western handshake, but it is also more than that. It signifies a humble acknowledgement of and reverence for the spirit or spark of divinity in a fellow human being.

The Namaste program, a new program for patients in the final stage of Alzheimer's Disease, strives to respect the inner spirit of dementia patients facing the end of their life by utilizing the resources of family and staff within nursing homes in a unique way.The program does not call for more people or money. Instead, it requires specialized training, caring and creative staff, and a willingness to implement simple activities into dementia patients' final days that will honor their life and their death.

In a case study that the Namaste program's creator provided for an article in the January/March 2005 issue of Alzheimer's Care Quarterly, a special room in the Vermont Veterans Home in Bennington, Vermont was set aside for day programming for patients in the final stage of Alzheimer's Disease. Special attention was paid to their comfort, and staff focused on clothing, grooming and hygiene, nutrition, exercise, soft music and comfortable beds and chairs. Patients' humanity was emphasized with activities that they would personally enjoy. For example, gazing out a window and listening to a tape of birds chirping was planned for a man who was an outdoors enthusiast.

Staff consistently communicated with the patients with praise, conversation, and physical contact, such as hugs and massages, which did not allow isolation to occur. Finally, staff supported family members emotionally and welcomed them to share in both their loved one's life and death. Finally, when death was imminent, patients were moved into a private room, given pain medication, and surrounded by their loved ones who were fed, accommodated, and supported by staff.

When death occurred, the patient was honored with mementos of their life, such as pictures and a plant. Family members and staff accompanied the patient as far as the hearse. No part of the journey was left unappreciated or unrecognized.

Programs like Namaste are important for patients in the final stage of Alzheimer's Disease. While nursing homes often have special sections of their facility devoted to Alzheimer's patients and special activities planned for them, options for programming diminish as dementia increases and patients reach the end of their lives. Facilities are often too understaffed to provide the kind of personal attention that caregivers desire for their loved ones.

Some experts believe that placement in a traditional nursing home may actually speed death in many patients. Alzheimer's disease is, ultimately, a fatal condition, and patients and their families have as much right to the highest quality of end-of-life care as other terminal patients. Without programs like Namaste, which focus on the whole being, mental, physical, and spiritual, nursing homes may deprive patients and their families of the support and respect they deserve.

New Kid on the Block Indexed Universal Life

Whole life insurance has been around for over 150 years. Universal life was introduced in the early 1980's. Universal Life offered the ability to increase or decrease the premium and death benefit and credited the cash values each year with a current interest rate. Variable life followed, which allowed policy owners to invest their cash values in equities. All three have their plusses and minuses.

Now there is a new kid on the block: Indexed Universal Life.

Here are the salient features:

1. Indexed Universal Life (IUL) is similar to Universal Life (UL); premiums and death benefits are flexible. You can increase or decrease premiums, or even stop them altogether. As your situation changes, you can decrease or increase (subject to insurability) the death benefit.

2. IUL is similar to Variable Life (VL) or Variable Universal Life (VUL) as the cash value is based on the increases of one or more stock indexes. The most common are the DJIA, NASDAQ 100 and the S and P 500.

Variable Life contracts allow direct investment in equities, much like a mutual fund. Indexed Universal Life policies do not invest directly in equities, so you do not have the same downside risk. The insurance company assumes all the risk.

If the index that you have chosen goes up over a given time frame (usually one year), your cash value goes up. However, if the index goes down, your cash value either stays the same or is credited with a minimum guaranteed interest rate, i.e. 2%.

3. How cool is that? If the market goes up, you get to participate in the growth. However, if the market goes down, your account doesn't go down; it stays the same. It gets even better. Any gains are locked in. They can never be taken away due to future decreases in the market. It's like walking up a flight of stairs. If the market goes up, you take a step up; if the market goes down, you stay where you are.

4. Indexed Universal Life has only been around for a few years. Only a few companies offer this contract. However, since 2000 the annual growth rate for this type of policy has been 24%.

When you speak with your life insurance agent about IUL, there are a few new terms you will need to understand:

1. Crediting Options

Crediting options are the math behind how the insurance company determines how much to credit your cash value at the end of each crediting period. The two most common are point to point and monthly average.

Point to point looks at the value of the stock index you chose at the beginning of each contract year and compares it to the value at the end of the point-to-point period. This is normally one year, but could be 2 or 5 years, depending on your contract choice.

Whatever happens in the interim doesn't matter. You could have a very high growth rate if the market and the corresponding index have a growth spurt during the last few months of the term. On the other hand, you could end up with a healthy loss if the index takes a dive during the latter part of your term with what to a regular investor would be a gain for the year.

The monthly average method takes a reading of the index each month. Then at the end of the year, adds them up and divides by twelve. This approach tends to smooth out the fluctuations.

Which one is better? It depends on your tolerance for risk and how the market performs during your policy's time frame. Since a life insurance policy is a long-term proposition, in the real world both should end up about the same over an extended period of time.

2. Participation Rate

Participation rate is the percentage of the increase in the index credited to your Indexed Universal Life policy each year. It could be, for example, 55%, 80%, 100% or 135%. Any given percentage rate is not necessarily better than another. It is simply the insurance company's way of factoring in their downside risk and is a component that allows you to negate a cash value decrease if the market goes down.

3. Cap Rate

The cap rate is the maximum rate of return the insurance company will credit to your policy each year. For example, if the cap rate is 12% and the index you chose went up 10%, your policy is credited with a 10% gain. However, if the index increased 15%, your policy is credited with 12%, the cap. Not all Indexed Universal Life contracts have a cap. Participation rates and cap rates work in conjunction with each other.

Indexed Universal Life is an exciting new approach. If you are looking for a rate of return that is higher than traditional whole life or universal life, but don't want the market risk of variable life, indexed universal life may be for you.
